I ordered this item 42 days before our wedding. The item took a month to arrive and came broken - the supporting stick was dangling off. The actual lettering is pretty but the topper is pretty much unusable for our wedding cake without the supporting stick. We tried to super glue it back on but the paint was chipped where it broke and it looks tacky. I messaged the company about a replacement but our wedding is in 10 days so I'm doubtful we'll get one in time. Waiting on company to respond - will gladly change my review if they are able to replace the item. It's a pretty looking item and would be happy if it didn't come unusable.

This turned out so nice! I bought the natural finish with plans of painting it myself to match our colors. I hadn’t realized that I was purchasing internationally so shipping took a little longer than expected but that was no fault of the business. Once received it was packaged very nice in its own cutout foam to ensure safety of the piece. If ordering for an event I would allocate a 3 week shipping time just to be safe but aside from that I would absolutely recommend!

    The topper is gorgeous and the way it was shipped made me feel so much better about taking it to my venue. It’s in three pieces of foam.. two outer pieces and the middle one that the cake topper sits in!
