The cake topper itself is beautiful and I’m very pleased with the quality! Unfortunately, the original arrived broken due to the packaging. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement, which I really appreciated. The replacement was packaged more securely with a wooden protector engraved “replacement,” which made me wonder if damaged shipments are something they encounter often. My only disappointment is that I ordered rose gold, but the replacement is gold. The difference is subtle, but we specifically ordered rose-gold cake-cutting utensils to match, so it is noticeable to us. Overall, beautiful product and very responsive customer service. I just wish the packaging had been more protective and the replacement had matched the original color ordered.

I ordered the wedding topper in the gold. I reviewed the comments and video if this topper and it was supposed to be gold front and back and I am so upset. It’s only gold on one side. Unfortunately the first one that arrived had the main prong in a really awkward place that made the surname look like "shone" instead of "stone", but Rosewed sorted it out fairly quickly, sent me a preview of their proposed amended one and posted a new one out to me free of charge. Unfortunately I am very disappointed 😞. We are getting married on June 16th and our last name is very difficult to read. In all the promotional photos, the k was cut out neatly, we don't see the j, you can hardly see it and the letter H at the beginning looks like block writing and the beautiful squiggly is missing.
