The product is of good quality and looks sleek. However, I realised that the soundwave they use is the same regardless of the song (or audio), which was quite underwhelming. I've seen the soundwave of the song I chose and it's nothing like the one printed on the product. It would be great if they actually printed the real soundwaves, instead of the same one. This was important to me, therefore the lower rating.

Unfortunately this item was not very well protected for sending to the lithe item arrived with one corner completely poking out of a rather tin jiffy bag. The item has two chips on it. I do believe it would have made a beautiful gift. If only it reached me in good order. Unfortunately I will not be gifting it

The item was as described and looked great. I was sent a digital proof to confirm it was what I expected.
